By using SOWMOS, you agree to use the platform lawfully, respectfully and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Bookings

Bookings made through SOWMOS are agreements between the member and the instructor or venue.

SOWMOS provides the platform for discovering, booking and paying for classes but is not the organiser, operator or provider of any class or event.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. SOWMOS does not store your payment card details.

Refunds and cancellations

You can cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the class starts to receive a refund. A non-refundable booking fee of 2.5% + 20p is retained from every cancellation to cover card processing costs and platform administration. The remainder is refunded to your original payment method.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class starts are non-refundable.

If an instructor or venue cancels a class, you will receive a full refund automatically.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for ensuring the information in your account is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use SOWMOS for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page and will apply from the date it is published.

Shop items and extras

Instructors may sell items (for example water, mat hire or merchandise) through their SOWMOS shop, at the door, or as extras added to a class booking.

On each shop sale a fee of SOWMOS 0% plus Stripe 1.5% + 20p is deducted from the instructor's payout. This covers the SOWMOS platform share plus card processing by Stripe. Item prices shown to buyers include this fee.

Items bought alongside a class booking are collected at the class. Cancelling a class booking does not cancel or refund a pre-paid item; the item remains available to collect from the instructor.
